How to Move Off ClickFunnels Without Losing Your Funnels

Short version: Funnels don't "export" between platforms — you rebuild them. But with a plan you can switch to a cheaper tool like Systeme.io without breaking live links or losing sales. Here's the safe way.

Migrate in the right order

1. Inventory what's live

List active funnels, pages, email sequences, products and any custom domains.

2. Rebuild in the new tool first

Recreate your key funnel(s) and email sequences in Systeme.io before cancelling anything.

3. Recreate automations

Set up the same tags and welcome/sales sequences so follow-up keeps working.

4. Export your contacts

Download your subscriber list (CSV) from ClickFunnels and import it into the new tool.

5. Switch the domain / links

Point your custom domain (or update your shared links) to the new funnel. Test checkout end-to-end.

6. Run both briefly, then cancel

Keep ClickFunnels active for a short overlap, confirm the new setup converts, then cancel to stop the bill.

FAQ

Can I migrate my ClickFunnels funnels?

Not automatically — you rebuild pages and email flows in the new tool. Plan the switch to avoid breaking live links.
